Meerut: A teacher of IPC CA Institute was molesting a student for 20 days. Troubled by the teacher, the student reached the institute on Monday with her family. The teacher, who arrived some time after the student's arrival, started making obscene comments, then the student's father slapped him. After that, the student beat the teacher with slippers. 

Meanwhile, Ajay Gupta, president of the United Trade Union, also arrived with the traders. After beating the teacher, he was handed over to the Kotwali police. The police challaned him for disturbing the peace.

This is the whole matter

A student from Prahlad Nagar of Lisadi Gate is preparing for CA at IPC CA Institute, a few steps away from Budhana Gate Chowki. The institute is run by Amit Gupta. Anubhav Tyagi teaches students here as manager and teacher. Anubhav is originally from Muzaffarnagar and lives in a rented house on PL Sharma Road. 

Forcibly picked me up in his lap, let go when I screamed

The student said that for the past 20 days, Anubhav used to make obscene comments after coaching. He had even pulled her hand several times. He used to check the student's mobile phone every day. 

The coaching centre was open on Sunday as well. Around 12:30, Anubhav forcibly picked up the student in his arms. He then started taking her to the institute's room, but the student started shouting. After that, Anubhav left the student. The student reached home and informed her father about the matter. 

Beaten with slippers on the second day

On Monday, at around 11:30, the girl's father also reached the institute with her. After the girl's arrival, Anubhav Tyagi also reached at 12. As soon as he reached, he made obscene comments on the girl. The girl's father, who was present there, slapped Anubhav Tyagi. After that, the girl took out her slippers and started beating him.

Meanwhile, Budhana Gate Trade Union's General Secretary Mayur Agarwal, Ankur Goyal, Gaurav Paridhan reached there. They also called Joint Trade Union's President Ajay Gupta there. After that, Anubhav Tyagi was beaten up and handed over to the police. 

CO Ashutosh Kumar said that action was taken against the accused Anubhav Tyagi for disturbing the peace. On the other hand, the institute director Amit Gupta says that both the parties have reached a compromise at the police station. The accused has been expelled from the institute. Now the accused has nothing to do with the institute.
