Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Police has got 37 new Additional Superintendents of Police (ASP). In the meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, approval was given to promote these Deputy Superintendents of Police to the post of ASP.
The DGP headquarters issued their promotion orders on Friday night. Those promoted include officers of the Provincial Police Service (PPS) cadre of 2007 and 2008.
These include Nitin Kumar Singh of 2007 batch, Sunil Kumar Singh, Pankaj Kumar Singh, Sushil Kumar Singh, Lal Pratap Singh, Shwetaabh Pandey, Alok Mishra, Mohammad Akmal Khan, Atul Kumar Choubey, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Sanjeev Kumar Sinha, Sumit Shukla, Dr. Rajesh Tiwari, Anshuman Mishra, Pramod Kumar Singh Yadav, Abdul Qadir, Dr. Anoop Singh, Arvind Kumar Verma, Vandana Singh, Rajesh Kumar Yadav, Archana Singh, Rajkumar Singh, Manoj Kumar Gupta, Archana Singh, Poonam Sirohi, Atul Kumar Yadav, Sudhir Kumar, Himanshu Gaurav, Prabhat Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Vijay Anand, Sushil Kumar Ganga Prasad, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Arun Kumar Singh, Mahesh Kumar, Rukmani Verma and Mamta Kuril.
