UP News: On Monday, an incident occurred in Soraon tehsil of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, that surprised everyone. Usually, people expect rain from the sky, but here, it rained currency notes, and this rain was caused not by a human, but by a monkey. This strange sight was witnessed near the tehsil premises, where people present were stunned and rushed to collect the notes.

Monkey throws away a bundle of Rs 50,000

According to reports, an advocate had parked his bike in front of the Tehsil's Azad Auditorium. He had placed some important documents and a bundle of cash in the bike's trunk. Suddenly, a mischievous monkey arrived. He cleverly opened the trunk and removed the bundle of cash, leaving the papers behind. He then climbed a nearby peepal tree.

As soon as it climbed the tree, the monkey tore open the polythene bag, removed the rubber band, and began throwing the notes down. It's being claimed that the bundle of notes was worth 50,000 rupees. In an instant, 500-rupee notes began flying through the air. The sight astonished those present. Some started laughing, while others ran to collect the notes. Within minutes, chaos reigned.

Monkey ran away after throwing notes in the air

In the video, the monkey can be clearly seen sitting on a tree branch, playing with 500 rupee notes. As people below started shouting, he threw the notes into the air and ran away.

By the time the bike owner realized what had happened, the monkey had already scattered the entire bundle. People say the monkey was tossing the money around like a toy and playfully dropping the notes. Someone filmed the entire incident, which is now rapidly going viral on social media.
