According to sources, after initial talks, one of the producers of the film is reluctant to make a sequel to Disney Plus Hotstar Rowdy Rathore 2 and this is the reason why other producers have also had to drop the idea of making a sequel to the Sonakshi Sinha and Akshay Kumar starrer film.
It has also been claimed in this report that V. Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote the script of films like Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Bahubali, has written the script keeping Rowdy Rathore 2 in mind, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali is planning to rework on it and make a mass entertaining film.
