Q4 results showed signs of strength

In the March 2025 quarter, Vakrangee Limited has registered a net profit of Rs 2.54 crore with an increase of 15.98 percent, which was Rs 2.19 crore in the same quarter last year. At the same time, the company's sales also increased by 17.24 percent to Rs 63.18 crore, which was Rs 53.89 crore in March 2024. It is clear from these figures that the financial health of Vakrangee is slowly getting back on track.

Annual performance was also strong

Vakrangee's net profit for the full financial year 2025 has increased by 53.10 percent to Rs 6.66 crore, from Rs 4.35 crore last year. During the same period, sales have also increased by almost 20 percent to Rs 255.01 crore. There has been a tremendous jump of 18.5 percent in revenue and 68.9 percent in profit before tax on an annual basis.

Impact of inter-company transactions of ATM products

The company said that revenue of about Rs 5.7 crore has been adjusted in consolidation due to inter-company sales. However, despite this, Vakrangee's annual gross transaction value has crossed Rs 54,258.5 crore and the company has completed more than 12.6 crore transactions in a year.

Debt-free status boosts confidence

Vakrangee Limited said in its exchange filing that the company and all its subsidiary units are completely debt-free. Due to the strong balance sheet, Vakrangee is confident of rapidly advancing its expansion plans. The company believes that it is moving towards achieving strong and sustainable growth in the long term.
