News Topical, Digital Desk : Becoming a mother is a beautiful feeling that cannot be described in words. Nowadays people have started adopting new methods for delivery. But sometimes these can prove fatal for the mother and the child.
One such case has come to light from Australia in which a woman gave birth to a child at home in a birthing pool rented from Instagram influencer Emily Lal but the newborn died shortly after.
Gave birth to a baby girl in a birthing pool
According to The New York Post, the baby's mother had rented a birthing pool from Emily Lal, also known as The Authentic Birthkeeper. After the baby was born, she sent Emily a message saying, "I did it." But when she had trouble removing the placenta, she felt something was wrong with the baby.

After this, the child's mother immediately sent a message to Emily Lal that she is not awake, we don't even know if she is breathing or not, and her face is also turning blue.
When Lal read the message 25 minutes later, he immediately called his parents on FaceTime and asked them to call an ambulance immediately. Paramedics tried CPR for 30 minutes, but could not revive him.
If the birth had taken place in a hospital, the baby would probably have been alive - Yelina Babar
Forensic pathologist Yelena Babar said: "If the baby had been born in a hospital and the mother had received proper prenatal care, it would have been very unlikely that the baby would have died, because she was a healthy baby."
He said that if an expert nurse had been there at the time of delivery, in such a situation the mother and the child would have been immediately shifted to the hospital.
He further said that if the baby had been born in a hospital or if the delivery had been done in a planned manner at home with the help of a nurse, the child might not have died.
