Ridley Scott recently gave an interview to The Guardian. Here he talked about many things about his career and also revealed why he rejected the offer to direct 'Terminator 3' .

In the interview, he told that he was offered 20 million dollars i.e. approximately 176 crore rupees to direct this film but the story of the film did not suit his genre, so he rejected this offer. Let us tell you that according to IMDb, this film did a business of 433 million dollars i.e. approximately 3816 crore rupees.

In the interview, he said, 'This is not for me, I can't do it. This is like doing a Bond film, Bond film is fun but Terminator is a comic strip, I will start making it real'. Taking his point further in the interview, he told that today he is not regretful of rejecting such a huge amount but rather proud. Let us tell you that after Ridley Scott's refusal, this film was directed by Jonathan Mostow.
