The company is going to give 8 bonus shares on one share. At the same time, it has announced to split the stock with a face value of Rs 2 into shares with a face value of Rs 1 each. At the same time, Bemco Hydraulics Ltd has also announced bonus with stock split. The company has fixed August 22 as the ex-date of corporate action. The company is going to split the stock with a face value of Rs 10 into stocks with a face value of Rs 1 each. Along with this, the company has also announced to give one bonus share on one share. Along with this, Chandrima Mercantiles is also going to split its stock with a face value of Rs 10 into shares of Rs 1 each. The record date has been fixed as August 20.
