New Delhi. Every year after Devshayani Ekadashi, the holy month of Sawan dedicated to Lord Shiva begins, which Shiva devotees eagerly await. The festival of Sawan Shivratri also comes in this holy month. It is celebrated on the Chaturdashi date of Krishna Paksha in the month of Sawan.
