News Topical, Digital Desk : Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd announced after the stock market closed on Monday that it had received a major order from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL). The company stated that it had received a letter of intent from Adani Energy Solutions Ltd for the supply of conductors worth ₹276.06 crore for the Khavda Renewable Energy Project. According to information provided to the stock exchange, this order covers the supply of a total of 7,668 kilometers of AL-59 zebra conductors.

The purchase order has been issued with a PV formula on a kilometer-rate basis, and the project is targeted for completion by November 23, 2026. Diamond Power stated that the promoters and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity and clarified that the order does not fall under a related-party transaction. Adani Group Building Transmission Corridor  Adani Energy Solutions, part of the Adani Group, is building a large transmission corridor to evacuate renewable energy from the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Kutch, touted as the world's largest renewable energy installation. The transmission package includes high-capacity lines to carry power from wind and solar projects being built in the region. Diamond Power Infrastructure, which manufactures conductors, power cables, and transformers, is gradually rebuilding its order book after completing its corporate debt restructuring in recent years.
