News Topical, Digital Desk : Bank of India Ltd. released its business update for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 after the stock market closed on Monday. Bank of India said its global business grew 11.8 percent compared to the previous year, reaching ₹15.61 lakh crore. Global deposits increased 10 percent to ₹8.53 lakh crore, the bank said.

In two exchange filings, the bank stated that its global gross advances increased by 14% to ₹7.08 lakh crore. Domestically, the bank also performed well, with domestic deposits increasing by 8.5% to ₹7.30 lakh crore. Furthermore, domestic gross advances increased by 14.6% to ₹5.96 lakh crore. Share Performance: The bank's stock closed 0.22% higher at ₹125.81 on Monday. Over the past year, the company's stock has gained 19.23%.
