
News Topical, Digital Desk : Afcons Infrastructure Limited on Saturday informed in an exchange filing that the company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) of Rs 700 crore from Reliance Industries. The company said in the exchange filing, "Afcons Infrastructure Limited has been granted a Letter of Award (LoA) from Reliance Industries Limited for the execution of construction work related to Vinyl Projects at Dahej in Gujarat. The company said that the scope of work includes works related to civil, mechanical and installation, testing and commissioning works.
The company's profit declined by 23 percent to Rs 110.92 crore in the quarter ended March. A year ago, the company had reported a profit of Rs 144.90 crore in this quarter. The company's income from operations was recorded at Rs 3,223.27 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2025 as against Rs 3,636.43 crore a year ago. Apart from this, the company approved a dividend of Rs 2.50. Stock performance On Friday, the company's stock closed at Rs 435 with a gain of 2.61 per cent. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a decline of 8.27 per cent. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 570.00.
