There is confusion among the devotees regarding the date of Sawan Shivratri. Let us tell you that this year in 2025, Sawan Shivratri will be on Wednesday, 23 July. This auspicious date falls on the 14th day of the month of Sawan. Sawan month is starting from July 11 (Sawan 2025 Start Date).

Chaturdashi Tithi will start on 23rd July at 04:39 AM and will end the next day on 24th July at 02:48 AM. In such a situation, Sawan Shivratri will be on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025 and Lord Shiva will be worshipped at night on this day.
