Karnataka: A major accident took place on the Bangalore-Mysore Expressway. A roadways bus overturned here. The bus had left Bangalore in the morning. When the bus reached the service road towards Mandya around 9:30 am, the driver lost his balance and the bus overturned. 20 people were injured in this accident. They have sustained injuries. The injured have been sent to the local hospital for treatment. The accident took place at around 09:45 am today. CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced. 

It can be seen in the CCTV that the bus left the expressway and reached the service road. During this time, the bus suddenly overturned. The bus was full of passengers. After the incident, there was a ruckus among the passengers. People started trying to get out of the buses. The injured passengers were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

killed in car-bus collision in Kundapur 

Recently, a car owner died in a collision between a car and a bus in Kundapur, Karnataka. Nazir was travelling from Mangaluru to Bhatkal with his family in the car, when at night, near Arate bridge near Mulikatte, his car developed some problem and Nazir got out of the car to fix it. Then a speeding bus going from Kundapur to Gangolli hit his car. The collision was so severe that Nazir got stuck between the car and the bus and was seriously injured. He was immediately taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead. Gangolli police have registered a case and started investigation.
