Although the film earned average at the box office, it was well-liked due to its story and hit music. Girish also got a nomination for Best Debut Actor in his first film.

Left acting after two films

But after that, he had only one more film in 2016, 'Loveshuda' in which he appeared opposite Navneet Kaur Dhillon. The film was a huge flop and was not liked by the critics either. After this, Girish quietly moved away from acting.

Now he keeps a businessman look as per his profession. Now recently when he was spotted in Bandra, he met the paps very warmly. He looked very cute in a light pink T-shirt and light blue denim. Seeing him brought back memories of Ramaiya Vastavaiya.

Although Girish has only acted in two films, his net worth is more than some of the big names in Bollywood. According to reports in The Economic Times and Hindustan Times, his wealth is around Rs 2,164 crore. This is more than Bollywood actors like Ranbir Kapoor (Rs 400 crore), Ranveer Singh (Rs 245 crore), Varun Dhawan (Rs 380 crore) and even superstar Aamir Khan, whose net worth is around Rs 1,900 crore.

Talking about his personal life, Girish has married his childhood friend Krishna and now his look has changed a lot. So much so that it is difficult to recognize him at first glance.
