
India Cements has announced the results for the quarter ended March 2025. The company said that in the fourth quarter of FY 2024, the company has turned profitable from loss. In the quarter ended March 2025, the company has registered a profit of Rs 15 crore. A year ago in this quarter, the company had suffered a loss of Rs 61 crore. Talking about the company's income, it has seen a decline of 3.1 percent. The company has registered an income of Rs 1,197 crore during this period, which was Rs 1236 crore in this quarter a year ago.
The company said that the total expenses of India Cements stood at Rs 1,313.2 crore, which was marginally lower in the March quarter. Total income, which also includes other income, declined by 2.52 per cent to Rs 1,255.66 crore in the March quarter.
Stock performance On Friday, the company's stock closed down 0.88 per cent at Rs 288.50. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a rise of 26.76 per cent. UltraTech Cements, the country's leading cement company, acquired the promoters' stake in The Indian Cements Limited in December last year, making the South India-based cement company its subsidiary from December 24, 2024.
