The company stated in its results that the prolonged and heavy rains during the quarter impacted field activity and product placement, putting pressure on revenue from its crop protection portfolio. However, effective cost control and improved sales mix helped the company achieve 12% profit growth.

The company announced a dividend

in a filing to the stock exchanges, stating that it has declared a dividend of ₹90 per share. The record date for the dividend is Friday, November 14th, and the dividend will be paid on December 3rd, 2025. The stock saw a sharp decline in Friday's trading, closing at ₹4,595, down over 3%.
