News Topical, Digital Desk : Three security personnel, including two policemen, and 11 militants were killed in separate incidents in Pakistan's Balochistan region over the past 24 hours. Two policemen were reportedly shot by unidentified assailants while on patrol in Noshki.

According to police, the attackers fled the scene after the shooting. In another incident, a security officer was killed when a landmine exploded in the Kech area, police said.

11 terrorists were also killed

Security forces launched operations based on intelligence in Chagai and Sibi districts, killing 11 suspected militants during heavy gunfire.

Officials said troops surrounded a hilly area in Dalbandin, Chagai, after receiving information about the presence of militants. The suspects opened fire. In Sibi, the Anti-Terrorism Department raided a compound where members of a banned organization were hiding. After a brief exchange of fire, five militants were killed and three others were arrested.

A huge quantity of weapons recovered

Officials said a large cache of weapons was recovered from both locations. Officials said the dead were involved in previous attacks on security forces, police, and Levies. They said all the bodies were sent to nearby hospitals for identification.
