Thiruvananthapuram: Police in Kerala have launched a state-wide massive drive against those searching, collecting and sharing pornographic images of children on the Internet. So far, 37 cases have been registered and six persons have been arrested from various districts under the drive. The state police on Tuesday said 455 places were raided in the last few days under Operation P-Hunt.

Police said six people were arrested from Thiruvananthapuram rural, Kollam city, Pathanamthitta, Malappuram, Kozhikode rural and Kasargod. The maximum raids were carried out in Malappuram district, where 60 places were searched and 23 devices were seized. A total of 39 places were searched in Thiruvananthapuram rural district and 29 devices were seized.
