Actress Kangana on Monday compared Emergency and Netflix series IC 814 The Kandahar Hijack on the internet media and asked if censorship is only for films that are based on historical facts while violence and nudity are freely displayed on OTT platforms.

'Why is there no censorship on OTT?'

Expressing his anguish, he said that does the law of the country say that unlimited violence and nudity should be served on OTT platforms without any censorship. Even real life events are distorted for narrow political purposes. Communists and leftists all over the world have complete freedom to spread such anti-national sentiments, but as a nationalist, no OTT platform allows such films to be made and released which revolve around the unity and integrity of India.

Kangana said, "It seems that censorship is only for some people like us who do not want the division of this country and make films based on historical facts. This is very discouraging and sad." It is worth mentioning that Anubhav Sinha's web series is in the headlines due to its controversial content.
