Nine people were stranded on the Prakash Nagar bridge over the Munneru river in Khammam district of Telangana after the water level rose. A video of them was recorded, requesting the state government to rescue them. The state government deployed a helicopter, but it could not reach the spot due to bad weather.

Meanwhile, Subhan Khan from Haryana decided that he would take his bulldozer and rescue the stranded group. Others present there warned him of the risk and asked him not to go. Before taking the driver's seat in the bulldozer and leaving for the bridge, Khan said, 'If I die, it is one life, but if I return, I will save nine.' He returned with the nine stranded people. As soon as the bulldozer returned, Subhan Khan and the rescued people were given a rousing welcome.
