Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami recently shared an emotional travelogue with PM Modi, in which CM Dhami gave rare glimpses of PM Modi's unwavering dedication and work style.

Late night meeting of Chief Ministers in Varanasi

In a detailed post on social media platform X, CM Dhami recalled a memorable night spent in Varanasi that left him deeply impressed. He mentioned a late-night meeting of BJP chief ministers that ended around 1 am. When everyone looked tired, PM Modi surprised the group by announcing, 'There is still an important task left.'

PM Modi went out to inspect the development work at night

During this time, the leaders were curious, wondering what else could be done so late at night. Then PM Modi told that inspecting the development projects in his Lok Sabha constituency during the day causes inconvenience to the local people, so he preferred to do this inspection at night.

PM Modi kept inspecting till 4 am in the morning

True to his word, PM Modi spent several hours silently roaming the streets of Varanasi and closely monitoring every development project. Dhami narrated how the Prime Minister stayed on the spot till 3 and 4 am and thoroughly checked every aspect before finally returning to his residence.

After this PM Modi was seen present in the meeting at 9 o'clock

Most importantly, the very next morning, PM Modi was present at the 9 am meeting and, as always, was displaying his same deep concentration, boundless energy and unwavering determination.

Energy came from national service, not from sleep

Reflecting on this experience, Dhami said, 'It felt as if he got energy not from sleep but from serving the nation.' He praised PM Modi's leadership, calling it 'true leadership' - leadership that leads by example and not just words. He further said, 'His life teaches us that true leadership is associated with discipline, commitment and devotion to the country.'
