According to information received from sources, an important meeting has been called on this subject today under the chairmanship of the Cabinet Secretary.

What is the matter
The objective of the meeting is to decide the process by which the land and properties of these companies should be transferred. How should the market value of the property be decided? Will stamp duty be levied on property transfer or not? And what should be the guideline for the entire process?

What will be considered? The group of secretaries can finalize the new guideline on this issue today. Till now there were bureaucratic complexities in transferring these properties, but with the new policy this process can become faster and transparent.
