- Offer 16 makeup items, dry fruits, fruits, sweets, flowers, kumkum, betel leaves, betel nuts, cloves, cardamom and sixteen lamps to Mata Gauri.
- Recite the Mangala Gauri Vrat Katha and chant the mantra 'Om Gauri Shankaraya Namah' 108 times.
- In the end, perform the aarti of Maa Gauri as per the rituals.
