Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited has received a big new contract. The company said that it has received an order for civil and structural works (including rough finishing) for 'The Delias' (DLF5) housing project in Gurugram from DLF Limited. The total cost of this project is Rs 2089 crore (without GST). The company has given this order by DLF Limited in the exchange filing. The project includes residential (housing) construction work. This is a completely domestic (in India) project. The project will be completed in 44 months. The promoters of the company or any of their group companies have no stake or relationship with the company offering this project.

This is not a related party transaction. The company has given this information to BSE, NSE and Kolkata Stock Exchange.
