Drinking it strengthens the bones and provides many other health benefits. Therefore, it must be included in the diet. However, some things should not be included with milk at all, otherwise it can cause harm instead of benefit. Let us know which foods should not be included with milk even by mistake.

Citrus Fruits

Do not drink milk before or after eating sour fruits like lemon, orange. Doing so can cause stomach upset and vomiting. This is because milk takes time to digest and in such a situation eating sour fruits can cause stomach ache or vomiting. Therefore, give a gap of at least 2 hours between eating both.

Curd

Milk and curd should never be consumed together. Doing so can cause a lot of harm to health. Consuming curd and milk together can cause digestive problems, which include stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea .

Milk and banana together are considered the best combination, but if you have digestive problems, such as gas or bloating, then do not eat them together. They take a lot of time to digest. So avoid eating them together.

Jaggery

Many people eat jaggery with milk, but this combination is prohibited in Ayurveda. Eating it together can also cause stomach upset.
