News Topical, Digital Desk : Udaipur Files Controversy: The film 'Udaipur Files' based on the murder of Udaipur's tailor Kanhaiyalal has come under controversy even before its release. Many Muslim organizations have demanded a ban on its release. Meanwhile, a statement from Kanhaiyalal's son Yash Sahu has come out. He said that this film is not against any community.
Yash Sahu told ANI, “The film is releasing on July 11. There were controversies about it earlier, its name had to be changed. The producer and director tried their best and showed what happened to my father, how he was killed under a terrorist mindset, under a sleeper cell base. They are terrorists. This film is against a terrorist mindset, not against any community or religion.”
'How long will it take to get justice'
He further said, "It has been 3 years now and the case has gone cold. I demanded a fast track court, but it was not done. I demanded an NIA special court, but it was not done. The case is going on but the CBI court has been given additional charge of NIA. So, there are only 1-2 hearings every month. In 3 years, only 14-15 statements have been recorded, so when will the statements of 150 people be taken? How long will it take for us to get justice?"
'Mohammad Javed's bail should be cancelled'
Kanhaiyalal's son also said, "Mohammad Javed, the accused in my father's murder case, has got bail. While Javed is as guilty in this case as Riyaz and Gaus, I will ensure that Javed's bail is cancelled."
