BJP MLA Gopal Sharma said that there is no mention of loudspeaker noise in any religious texts. There is no need for loudspeakers. People use loudspeakers out of stubbornness and disturb others.

MLA Gopal Sharma believes that this causes problems for children studying. Elderly and sick people also face difficulties. He says that people should be self-aware of loudspeaker noise and give up their stubbornness. They should do things that don't cause problems for others.

The BJP MLA further stated that people's faith should be respected, but at the same time, care should be taken to ensure that their beliefs do not cause inconvenience to others. The noise during religious ceremonies in Hinduism is only for a few moments and is occasional.
Before MLA Gopal Sharma, BJP MLA Balmukund Acharya had raised the issue. He had raised concerns about the inconvenience caused to people by loudspeaker noise during the entire month of Ramadan.
Congress expressed strong objection
On the other hand, the Congress party has reacted sharply to this. MLA Rafiq Khan, the Congress's chief whip in the Rajasthan Assembly, targeted the BJP. He said this is completely constitutional. Everyone has the right to practice their own religious practices. Loudspeakers are traditionally played. Opposing this is completely wrong. People with Manuwadi thinking make similar statements. This is an attempt to target members of a particular community.
