Haryana: Amazing game of land grabbing in Sonipat, 10 people pretended to be dead 'Madan Mohan', big revelation:

News Topical, Digital Desk : The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Sonipat has exposed a case that has shocked everyone. Not one or two but 10 people became fake Madan Mohan to grab 12 acres of land worth crores of rupees. The ACB has now arrested the 10th fake Madan Mohan and his partner.

How the whole game started

This case is related to 12 acres of land in Sultanpur village located on Delhi Road in Sonipat. The real owner was Madan Mohan, a resident of Amritsar. After his death, even his son Narendra Agarwal was not aware of this land.

Taking advantage of this, a conspiracy was hatched to grab the land. Many people came forward calling themselves "Madanmohan" and even presented fake ownership documents.

Fake Madan Mohan arrested one by one

The ACB started investigating this case in January 2021. Since then, 9 fake Madan Mohans have been arrested and now the 10th fake Madan Mohan has also been caught.

The arrested accused include Rajesh Jain, a resident of Delhi, and Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Gohana. Both of them have been produced in the court and taken on two-day remand so that more accused can be arrested.

Suspicion of collusion of government officials

Investigation has revealed that the accused Rajesh Jain had got a fake Aadhar card and other documents made for Madan Mohan. On the basis of those documents, he kept calling himself the real Madan Mohan.

It is alleged that he got the land registered in his name in connivance with the officials and then tried to sell it to others. Now the ACB is also investigating the role of government employees in this case.

Farming is currently being done on the land

This 12 acre land of Sultanpur village is now in the possession of the real heir Narendra Agarwal. He has leased it to Deepak of village Chauhan Joshi for cultivation. Deepak is doing regular farming on it.

The ACB team said that the arrested accused were roaming on the court premises road when they were nabbed. Officials say that many more names may come out in this entire case. The 9 accused arrested earlier have been sent to jail and now the investigation has been intensified after the arrest of the 10th fake Madan Mohan.
