News Topical, Digital Desk : Devotees of Baba Barfani are always eager for a special darshan of Bholenath and this time India TV is showing the darshan of Lord Shiva's Shivling made of ice two months before the start of the Amarnath Yatra. You can be the first to see the Shivling of Amarnath on India TV. Officially, there are still 2 months left for the Amarnath Yatra to start, but some devotees have already managed to reach the holy cave and they have taken these photos at the cave.
This devotee hailing from Punjab had gone to visit the cave a few days ago. However, officially, no Shrine Board official or security personnel has been able to reach the cave yet.
Snow removal work continues on the road
Preparations have begun for this year's Amarnath Yatra and the work of clearing snow on the route of the Yatra has been started. The work of cutting the snow and making the track suitable for the pilgrims has been started from both the routes (Baltal and Chandanwari) so that the work of making the track can be completed before the scheduled time for the Yatra. However, due to heavy snowfall on the entire route, a lot of difficulties are being faced in this work.
Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir reviewed the preparations
Jammu and Kashmir's Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday visited the Amarnath Yatra transit camp at Pantha Chowk in Srinagar and reviewed the preparations being made for the yatra. Even after the Pahalgam attack, there has been no change in the enthusiasm of devotees for the Amarnath Yatra. According to the information received so far, more than 3 lakh 60 thousand people have registered for the yatra and this number is expected to increase further.
The journey will start from July 3
This time the snowfall on the track has been many times more than in previous years and there is still ten to twenty feet of snow on the entire route. Its proof can be clearly seen in these pictures. These pictures have been taken at Panchtarni and Sheshnag. This year's Amarnath Yatra is starting from July 3 and will end on August 19, Raksha Bandhan day.
