
News Topical, Digital Desk : FIIs Data Today: Interesting trends were seen in the trading activity of domestic institutional investors (DII) and foreign institutional investors (FII/FPI) in the Indian stock market on June 30, 2025. According to the latest data, while DII made heavy purchases, selling pressure was seen from FII.
On June 30, 2025, domestic institutional investors (DII) bought ₹ 15,732.62 crore and sold ₹ 12,349.61 crore on NSE, making their net investment a net purchase of ₹ 3,383.01 crore. At the same time, foreign institutional investors (FII / FPI) sold ₹ 13,649.62 crore against purchase of ₹ 12,862.00 crore, making their net sale ₹ 787.62 crore. Domestic investors showed strength in the market, while foreign investors were seen booking profits. In contrast, on June 27, 2025, DII bought ₹ 41,201.99 crore and sold ₹ 41,790.92 crore on NSE, BSE and MSEI, making a slight sale of ₹ 588.93 crore. At the same time, FIIs/FPIs bought ₹19,740.81 crore and sold ₹18,343.79 crore, making the net purchase ₹1,397.02 crore.
What does it mean for the market? It is clear from these figures that on June 30, domestic investors invested strongly in the market, which supported the market. At the same time, the selling by FIIs indicated some caution. Earlier on June 27, FIIs had made net purchases, while mild selling was seen from DIIs. Experts believe that the strong participation of domestic investors is a positive sign for the market.
