News Topical, Digital Desk : In Fatehpur district, Uttar Pradesh, the head clerk of the District School Inspectorate attempted suicide by consuming sleeping pills. In a suicide note found with the head clerk, he made serious allegations against the District School Inspector and a political leader. BJP leader Mukhlal Pal denied the allegations, saying that his image was being tarnished, and that several prominent figures were involved. He also denied any allegations of money being taken from his wife. 

Vinod Srivastava, hospitalized, stated that the District Magistrate (DIOS) has been harassing him for over a year, and that BJP District President Mukhlal Pal took 25 lakh rupees from him in exchange for appointing his wife as President/Vice President of the State Women's Commission. Now, he is being threatened when he asks for his money. According to Vinod, the people from whom he borrowed money on interest are now harassing him. This frustration led him to take this suicidal step.

ADM got the clerk's room sealed

Meanwhile, a suicide attempt by a clerk posted at the District School Inspector (DIOS) office has caused a stir. Empty sleeping pill wrappers in the office have left many questions. Taking the matter seriously, the ADM has sealed the room of Vinod Srivastava, the head clerk in the DIOS office, and has initiated an investigation.

Clerk's wife accuses DIOS and BJP district president

Meanwhile, according to Vinod Srivastava's wife, Poonam Srivastava, ever since DIOS Rakesh Kumar arrived, he, along with two contract employees of the department, has been harassing her. Poonam Srivastava also alleged that BJP District President Mukhlal Pal took 2.5 million rupees in the name of making her the chairperson of the Women's Commission, and he (Mukhlal Pal) is coming to the hospital and promising to pay 10 million rupees within two to three days.
