In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Abhishek Banerjee told that 'Karan Sir' did not like his casting. The actor said, "We were casting Anurag Kashyap type actors. He did not like this and said get out of our film. We thought our career was ruined, over because we were thrown out of Dharma Productions. But luckily we survived."
