New Delhi: Bollywood actor Siddharth Malhotra's passion may be acting, but apart from being an actor, he is also a sports lover. Siddharth is interested in all sports from basketball to football. On the occasion of National Sports Day, Siddharth has shared a video in which he is seen playing cricket with Fawad Khan.

It is known that Siddharth Malhotra worked with Fawad Khan in the Bollywood movie Kapoor and Sons , released in 2016. Alia Bhatt was in the lead role in this film. National Sports Day is being celebrated in India today (29 August). On this occasion, Siddharth has shared some photos and videos of himself playing cricket.

On Thursday, Siddharth Malhotra shared some pictures and videos on his Instagram account. In two pictures, the actor is seen playing cricket amidst the hills. Looking at this picture, it seems that it is from the set of Shershaah movie. Siddharth has also shared a video from the set of Kapoor and Sons.

Siddharth's fun with Fawad

In the clip, Siddharth is seen saying that he played a lot of cricket in his childhood. He was seen playing cricket on the set with Fawad Khan after taking time off from shooting. The actor was also bragging to Fawad and saying that he has also won a championship in cricket. Hearing this, Fawad made fun of him. Both the actors were seen in a fun mood while playing cricket

Shooting break an excuse for Siddharth

Sharing photos and videos, Sidharth Malhotra wrote in the caption, "From the streets of Delhi to film sets, my love for cricket has always remained intact. Sports like basketball, club level rugby, football and of course gully cricket have always been an important part of my life. These sports have helped shape me into what I am today and enhanced my physical and mental strength. Now, shooting breaks are just an excuse for cricket."
