New Delhi: While Rajkumar Rao is currently writing a box office success story with Stree 2, his wife and actress Patralekhaa is winning everyone's heart with her acting on OTT. She will soon be seen in Anubhav Sinha's web series 'IC-814 The Kandahar Hijack', which is based on a true incident.

Patralekha is playing the role of an air hostess for the first time in a web series. Sharing her experience during the shooting of this web series starring Vijay Verma, she said that many things happened to her which had an impact on her for a long time.

It felt like we were really hijacked – Patralekha

While talking to a Hindi news channel News18, Patralekha said that she never wanted to get caught in a hijack situation because while shooting, she felt that everything was happening for real. She said, "I was feeling very claustrophobic inside the aircraft. More than 100 crew members were in that plane and it was really claustrophobic. The air conditioner was also being turned on and off repeatedly because of the sound.

Patralekha was slapped

Patralekha, who is playing the role of airhostess Indrani, said that shooting action sequences is very difficult, whether you are playing a negative character or a positive one. Talking about an incident, she said that when she was shooting for IC-184, she was even slapped.

This web series starring Vijay Verma-Patralekha will be released on Netflix on August 29. Dia Mirza, Arvind Swami, Naseeruddin Shah, Amrita Puri, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Pooja Gaur, Pankaj Kapoor, Manoj Pahwa, Anupam Tripathi, Kanwaljit Singh, Aditya Srivastava, Sushant Singh, Yashpal Sharma are also in important roles in this series.
