Engineer Rashid's speech in Lok Sabha after being released from jail, what did he say after mentioning Gandhi, Nehru, Jinnah and Patel?

News Topical, Digital Desk : During the discussion on Operation Sindoor in the Monsoon Session of Parliament, Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid put forth his views in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday (29 July). Engineer Rashid, who is lodged in Tihar Jail, has been granted custody parole from 24 July to 4 August by the court so that he can participate in the Parliament session. In the Lok Sabha, he said that I would like to request the Congress that big things were said about Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Of course, he was our first Prime Minister. You got the country on 15 August 1947. Be it Jinnah Saheb, Nehru, Gandhiji or Sardar Patel, you could not keep India united.

Who will answer for our blood- Rashid

The Baramulla MP said that unfortunately you divided your country into three parts. You created Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. Why are you killing Kashmiris? I want to ask what is our fault? I want to ask who will answer for our blood. 

What happened in Pahalgam was a murder of entire humanity

He said that what happened in Pahalgam was a murder of humanity. He said, "You say that everything is fine there. You do not let us write anything on social media. People are dying in jails. Three thousand people are imprisoned. Trump does not have a solution to the issue. The solution to the Kashmir issue lies with the people of Jammu and Kashmir. I came here by paying Rs. 1.5 lakh, if you could not speak for me then what will you say for the Kashmiris?"

Everyone here is chanting Trump-Trump- Rashid

He further said, "Today I want to ask whether militancy has to be ended? Here everyone is chanting Trump-Trump. The solution to the Kashmir issue lies with the Hindus and Muslims there. There is a hurry to create a Hindu nation, do it as much as you want but do not touch the demography of my Jammu and Kashmir. Do not tamper with the culture of Jammu and Kashmir. Do whatever you want to do with Pakistan but why are we being killed in between?

We got tired of lifting dead bodies- Engineer Rashid

Engineer Rashid also said, "We can understand the pain of the families of those killed in the Pahalgam attack more than the Kashmiris, because we have lost thousands of such people since 1989. We have seen the devastation Kashmir has seen, we have seen the graveyards. We are tired of lifting the dead bodies. I want to tell the speaker that today everyone asks where did those militants go, what was LG sahab doing? I am not advocating for anyone."

How will you end terrorism- Engineer Rashid

During the discussion in the Parliament, he said, "When you look at the border, your eyes get tired, the border is so high. If someone has to come and go, it is not that difficult. The force probably cannot control that much. In your Parliament, two people entered from below while you were sitting. What I want to say is how will you end terrorism? 

You have to win the hearts of Kashmiris- Engineer Rashid

He asked, "How will you fight the terrorists? For that you will have to win the hearts of Kashmiris. But I have been listening since yesterday. Not even one of you has spoken for Kashmiris. Do you want the land of Kashmir or the people of Kashmir? Today the ruling party and the opposition will have to decide this."
