'Election Commission has become BJP's henchman', Samajwadi Party targets Bihar results

News Topical, Digital Desk : Following the NDA's victory in the Bihar elections, the Samajwadi Party has been continuously attacking the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Election Commission. In a November bulletin, the SP raised serious questions about the BJP and the Election Commission's attitude, even calling the Commission a "handmaid" of the BJP.

Serious allegations leveled against the Election Commission

The article states, "It's no coincidence that the images from Bihar, where the names of 6.5 million voters were deleted from the SIR, clearly demonstrate how the BJP has made a mockery of the elections. BJP MPs and hundreds of workers even showed their inked fingers after voting, but the Election Commission didn't notice." 

This isn't an oversight, but a case of the Election Commission's arrogance. Despite Congress leader Rahul Gandhi raising the issue of vote theft in three phases, the BJP has now resorted to theft and boasting. Hundreds of votes are being created at a single address, and the India Alliance, which raised this issue, is being accused of being either criminal or politically naive for blaming the election defeat and blaming the EVMs.

SP calls EC a henchman of BJP

The SP said that the Election Commission has not provided a satisfactory response to any of the allegations and has used threatening language against the opposition itself. The media also ignores the Election Commission's mistakes and, in solidarity with the BJP, ridicules the opposition. This has put our democracy in jeopardy. 

The Election Commission is not the Election Commission of the BJP or the central government, but rather the Election Commission of India. If India is the largest democracy, then the Election Commission is the most powerful. However, since the BJP came to power, it has become a stooge of the ruling party. This has endangered the future of our democracy. 

Accused of being a threat to the country's democracy

If elections in a parliamentary democracy are rigged, Parliament, the law, and the Constitution will be in danger. The BJP and the Election Commission continue to make similar mistakes. This is increasing the threat to democracy, the law, and the Constitution. No one will be able to ignore it. The courts, the entire opposition, the media, and the intelligentsia of society will stand against it. If Modi and Shah continue this attitude, it won't be long before such a time comes.
