News Topical, Digital Desk : When Rinki left with her husband to her in-laws' house, Sugreev could not tolerate it. Sugreev consumed poison in Bela and informed Rinki of this via mobile phone. After Sugreev's death, Rinki also committed suicide by consuming insecticide.

Sugreev, a resident of Gadiya village in the Talgram police station area, and Rinki, wife of Ramniwas, a resident of Alinagar, Gahlotanpurva village in Tirwa, were in a love affair. Rinki had moved in with Sugreev a month ago and they began living together in Sector 37, Gurgaon.

In Tirwa, Ramniwas filed a police complaint against Rinki, accusing her of taking cash and jewelry. The police spoke with Rinki on their mobile phone and summoned her to Tirwa to give her statement. On March 31st, Rinki traveled with her boyfriend, Sugriva, to Bela in Auraiya by sleeper bus.

She had promised to return to Gurugram with her lover.

Sugreev had stopped at the bus agency in Bela. Rinki had promised to return three hours later and return to Gurugram. When Rinki went to the police station to give her statement, relatives and family members pressured her. Rinki was sent to her in-laws' house.

Unable to bear this, Sugreev committed suicide by consuming poison in Bela. After consuming the poison, he spoke to Rinki on his mobile phone, informing her. Rinki ignored his request. Then, on April 1st, Sugreev's body was found on the banks of the Pandu River near Bela.

Upon learning of the deaths, Rinki also committed suicide by consuming insecticide at her in-laws' home late on April 1. Police preserved the viscera from both post-mortems and sent them to a lab for examination.
