On September 8, the CMO had issued a notice to Jamai MLA Sunil Uike and his sister-in-law Bharti Anil Uike to remove the encroachment within 24 hours. Action taken in compliance with the instructions of higher officials, CMO Nagar Palika 's CMO Bharat Gajbhiye said that the collector directed the SDM sahab. SDM sahab directed me to remove the encroachment. This action has been taken on the complaint. The encroachment of 11 by 66 has been removed.
