Skandamata is seated on a lotus seat, hence the Padmasana posture. The goddess has four arms. Lord Skanda is seated in her lap. Her lower right arm holds a lotus flower. Worshiping Skandamata relieves devotees of all their suffering and bestows the blessing of children.

Puja Method (Chaitra Navratri 2026 Day 5 Puja Rituals)

• Wake up early in the morning and take a bath.
• Wear red or yellow clothes.
