New Delhi: Passengers of IndiGo's flight from Mumbai to Doha had to face a lot of trouble on Sunday. There was some technical problem in the plane, due to which the passengers had to wait for more than four hours. Some passengers also complained on social media that they had to wait for a long time due to the delay in the flight. This flight was to take off early on Sunday morning.

What was the problem with Indigo flight?

IndiGo issued an official statement stating that flight 6E 1303 from Mumbai to Doha was delayed due to technical reasons. IndiGo said, "The plane tried several times to take off for its destination, but due to some technical problems, it took a lot of time and finally had to be cancelled."

IndiGo apologized for the inconvenience and said that its airport team provided immediate assistance to the affected customers and made necessary arrangements. At the same time, passengers were very angry over the delay in the flight. Some even alleged that they were neither given water nor food. Social media users also reacted harshly to this.

Indigo had problems earlier too

This is the second such incident in the last one week with IndiGo. Earlier on 7 September, the air conditioning system of an IndiGo plane malfunctioned. This caused a lot of problems to the passengers on the Delhi-Varanasi flight. IndiGo had apologized for this as well.

IndiGo said that the AC was working properly, but due to the change in temperature the cabin became hot. This caused panic and discomfort among the passengers.
