The company has given one bonus share for two. According to the information released on the exchange, Samvardhana Motherson has given bonus shares 10 times so far, and this will be the 11th time the company will do so. If we look at the previous bonus share announcements, the company last gave bonus shares in the years 1997, 2000, 2005, 2007, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2022. SAMVARDHANA MOTHERSON has also announced quarterly results.  In the fourth quarter, profit has increased from Rs 879 crore to Rs 1,051 crore. Revenue has increased from Rs 27,666 crore to Rs 29,317 crore. EBITDA has come down from Rs 2,685 crore to Rs 2,643 crore. EBITDA margin has come down from 9.7% to 9%.

What happens when the company distributes bonus shares - Under bonus shares, the company gives free shares to the existing shareholders. For example, if the bonus ratio is 1:2, then one bonus share will be available free for every two shares. Every time the ratio has been 1:2, that is, there is one bonus for every two shares. Revenue in Q3 FY25 (December quarter): ₹ 27,666 crore. During this period there was a growth of about 8%. Profit: It was ₹879 crores. During this period, an annual growth of about 62% was recorded.
