Muzaffarpur. Bihar IAS Transfer: IAS officers have been transferred on a large scale in Bihar. 25 IAS officers including Muzaffarpur Municipal Commissioner Naveen Kumar have been transferred. New DDCs have been appointed in many districts.

Vikram Virkar became the new Municipal Commissioner of Muzaffarpur. Shrestha Anupam will be the DDC of Muzaffarpur. The current DDC of Muzaffarpur, Ashutosh Dwivedi, has been posted at the headquarters for now. The General Administration Department has issued a notification for this.
