Big decision in Mahapanchayat, Jat community of Rajasthan will protest, know what are the demands?:

News Topical, Digital Desk : Bharatpur Mahapanchayat: A Mahapanchayat was organized on Wednesday at Pengor's Chamar Mata Mandir located in Kumher police station area of Deeg district to demand OBC reservation along with other demands for the Jat community of Bharatpur, Deeg and Dholpur districts of Rajasthan. Prominent people of the Jat community of Bharatpur, Deeg and Dholpur districts participated in the Mahapanchayat.

In the Mahapanchayat, the committee has decided that a Hunkar rally will be organized in Dahra Mod village on the Agra-Jaipur National Highway on June 29. Before that, a street meeting will be held in the village of the Jat community and a wheat grain and one rupee will be collected from each house in a pot.

Before the Hunkar Rally, the Reservation Struggle Committee will organize street meetings in every village of the Jat community in each assembly constituency and will also collect one wheat grain and one rupee from each house in a pot. The first street meeting will be held in Roopwas from June 12. Villages around Dahra Mod will be contacted between June 25 and 29.

After the Maha Panchayat organized by the Jat community ended, the Reservation Struggle Committee submitted a memorandum to the Deeg SDM with four demands in the name of the Chief Minister.

What does the convener of Jat Reservation Struggle Committee have to say?

Jat Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti convener Nem Singh Faujdar said that the Jat community is holding a Mahapanchayat over four demands. The first demand is reservation in OBC category in central government jobs for Jat community youth of Bharatpur, Deeg and Dholpur, the second demand is appointment of candidates selected in various departments from 2015 to 2017 after the orders of the High Court, the third demand is the formation of Maharaja Surajmal Welfare Board and the withdrawal of cases filed during the previous reservation movement.

It has been decided by the people of Jat community who came to the Mahapanchayat that on 29 June 2025, a Hunkar Rally will be organized at Dahra Mod village of Nadbai subdivision on Agra-Jaipur National Highway.
