Bhilwara: A young man hurt because his wife did not return from her parents' house, cuts off his private part, condition critical:

News Topical, Digital Desk : Rajasthan News: A very shocking incident has come to light from Jhalriya village of Asind assembly constituency of Bhilwara district of Rajasthan, where 25-year-old youth Shyam Lal, hurt by the mental stress and family failures due to his wife not returning after going to her parent's house, cut off his private part himself, due to which he was seriously injured.

After the incident, the family immediately admitted him to the district hospital, where after first aid, seeing his critical condition, the doctors referred him to Udaipur for high-level treatment.

Hurt when wife did not return from her maternal home,
according to information received from sources, Shyam Lal, son of Shankar Lal, resident of Jhalaria village of Asind assembly of Bhilwara district, married a girl from Gyangarh in January 2025. Just a month after marriage, the married woman went to her maternal home for some reason and did not return. Husband Shyam Lal visited his wife's village several times to bring her back and tried to convince her, but every time he was disappointed, due to which he became depressed and started living under stress, while yesterday due to stress, he took a horrifying step and cut his private part with a blade.

Shyam Lal had a mental breakdown as
his wife did not return to her parental village in Gyangarh area after a month of getting married as per social customs in January 2025 this year. Despite continuous efforts, his wife did not return. It is being told that he was under extreme stress and depression due to this incident. In this state of deep mental trauma, he suddenly took this horrifying step and cut off his genitals himself.

Due to stress, Shyam Lal cut his genitals with a blade, which worsened his condition. Due to this, his family members immediately took him to Mahatma Gandhi District Hospital, Bhilwara, soaked in blood, where after first aid, he was referred to Higher Medical Center, Udaipur. According to the doctors, his condition is extremely critical due to the cutting of his private part.

Police is investigating the matter.
However, till now no official report has been filed in Asind police station regarding this incident, but the local administration and police are aware of the matter and preliminary investigation is being carried out along with keeping an eye on it.
