Third attack in a month
This is the third attack on a US high-seas speedboat in a month. The previous attack on September 2nd resulted in the deaths of 11 people. Following the attack, Trump said, "Intelligence has confirmed that the vessel was smuggling illegal drugs and was traveling along a known drug trafficking route to poison Americans."
