This will be a personalized experience. In simple terms, you may see advertisements related to the kind of content you like the most. The company has said that all the features are being introduced in the Updates tab.

This will help active admins, communities and businesses grow on WhatsApp. Now users will be able to subscribe to their favorite channels by paying a monthly fee to join them and get exclusive updates.

For example, if you follow a food channel, some of its content will be free for everyone, but some content will be available only to those who have a subscription. The company says that right now people are unable to reach some WhatsApp channels. In the coming days, admins will be able to promote their channels on WhatsApp.

How much will it cost?

That means it will reach more people. However, information about how much the admin will have to spend for this has not been revealed. Along with this, users will now be shown advertisements in their status.
