News Topical, Digital Desk : Jan Suraaj Party: Hundreds of workers and leaders of Jan Suraaj Party reached Harnaut block of Nalanda district on Sunday under the 'Bihar Badlaav Signature Campaign', where Prashant Kishore interacted with the people in Barhan village. Earlier, the administration stopped him from going to Kalyan Bigha village. Meanwhile, Prashant Kishore also had a heated argument with the administration. Now the administration has issued a statement and said that strict action will be taken against the party.

What was said in the statement issued by the administration?

In the statement issued, it is said that through the sub-divisional officer of Biharsharif, Jansuraj Party was given permission to organize a public meeting in the Labor Welfare Ground of Nalanda on (18 May 2025). This permission was given with the expectation of following the pre-determined conditions and law and order. So that the program could be completed in a peaceful and orderly manner.

However, Jansuraj Party, instead of organizing the meeting at the designated place as per the application and approved venue, tried to organize the meeting and run political campaign at other places, which is clearly a violation of the permission granted earlier and the administrative guidelines.

The district administration was informed about this irregular activity through local citizens. After this, the administration took prompt action to maintain law and order. The administration believes that this step was taken deliberately to disrupt the peace and social harmony of the district.

In an official statement issued by the administration, it is said that such activities indicate that the organizers' intention was to challenge law and order. The district administration will conduct a detailed investigation into this matter and strict legal action will be taken against any person or group found responsible for this disturbance.

'There was an attempt to disrupt law and order'

The administration has also made it clear that any attempt to disrupt law and order will not be tolerated and necessary steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in future. No official response has been given by the Jansuraj Party on this subject so far, the district administration has appealed to the general public to stay away from any kind of rumors and cooperate with the administration in maintaining peace and law and order.
