There were over 18,000 instances reporting issues with the social media platform as of 03:07 PM (local time), showed DownDetector, which tracks outages by aggregating status reports from multiple sources.
Elon Musk's microblogging platform has millions of users worldwide. Even a small problem in the app or website affects millions of users.
