The fear of this sudden attack can be seen on the woman's face. Users have expressed their reaction to this incident and called it a 'bad dream'.

How did the attack happen?

Travel blogger Chelsea was swimming comfortably with her friend Antonio while vacationing in Maldives. Then a nurse shark reached there and badly bit Chelsea's hand. In this video, it was told that Chelsea was swimming in clear water and there was a school of sharks around her. Suddenly one of these sharks came near her and attacked and badly injured her hand by biting it. It was fortunate that the attack left the hand, otherwise the woman could have died. Due to this attack, three fingers of Chelsea were badly injured.

How this incident happened, the woman herself told

  • Chelsea and her companion Antonio told about this incident that they were attacked by a nurse shark. However, nurse sharks are generally not considered dangerous for humans. When this nurse shark wants to eat any food item, it quickly pulls it in towards itself. This is what happened with Chelsea.
  • Thinking it to be tuna, he put Chelsea's hand in his mouth. Although he let it go immediately after that, by then Chelsea's hand was badly injured. The video further shows how Chelsea is being treated. During this, deep wounds on the fingers can be clearly seen.
